The Board of Directors of the Michael G Santangelo Jr Foundation is extremely excited to announce that it has added a most deserving organization to award scholarships through to deserving students. This year the Foundation will be awarding scholarships of $10,000.00 each to three students selected by Tunnel to Towers. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the memory of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller, who died on September 11, 2001, while trying to reach the Twin Towers. The foundation’s mission is to support America’s heroes, their families, and first responders. Three students have been selected to receive a scholarship from the Foundation and they will introduced at our annual event on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at The Westchester Hills Golf Club. The Board believes that this is a perfect fit for our Foundation. I am sure Michael Jr. is looking down on us with his huge smile, knowing that we are helping those who gave so much to our country.
